SCREENWRITERS OPTION

Legal language that says participants are obligated to sign an option agreement with a renewal clause at the start of the program. The initial term of the option will last for 12 months (no option fee) and subject to a renewal (there will be a renewal fee). The purchase price of the script will be a percentage of the budget upon the start of production.
